Katie Tilley

Chief of Staff

Katie Tilley is the Chief of Staff at EducationCounsel with experience in education policy, political campaigns and national service. Previously, she served as Deputy Chief of Staff for PARCC Inc., a nonprofit organization supporting states in administering a common summative assessment, where she drove internal processes and procedures, oversaw cross-organization projects, and supported communications efforts with clients, funders and industry stakeholders. Katie was also with the Achieve, Inc. supporting the development and implementation of a common summative assessment system, the Scheduler/Office Manager for U.S. Congressman Steve Kagen, and held various roles on several congressional and presidential campaigns. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and General Business Management from  the University of St. Thomas (not the island) in St. Paul, MN.
