Secretary Riley Celebrates HEA 50th Anniversary

On October 26th, the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities (APLU), the LBJ Presidential Library at the University of Texas at Austin, and Texas State University hosted an event in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Higher Education Act. Secretary Riley provided remarks for the event, whose audience consisted of students, faculty, staff, members of the public, as well as about 200 college and university presidents.
